Representing the voice of fans. Supporting the future of our club.
The Rhyl Football Club Supporters Trust was first established in July 2023 with the aims and objectives of
supporting the long term stability of Rhyl Football Club at Belle Vue.
With the announcement in October 2024 that with the support of external funding partners that Belle Vue
was under the ownership of Rhyl FC CIC discussions have taken place as to what role the Trust may have in
the future.
The Committee members have agreed to continue it’s role in seeking to help the development of Rhyl Football
Club. It has been recommended that this would be by a variety of fund-raising events, social functions and
competitions that will be used primarily towards the benefit of Rhyl FC, its supporters and the community
including grass roots football and sports as deemed appropriate by the RFCST. This new direction will be
the subject of consultation with members during 2025.
During 2024 the Trust has used some of its funds raised initially to explore the purchase of the ground,
to directly support the club. This has been via players sponsorship and at present James Stephens, Dylan
Proctor and Jordan Worthington for the men's team as well as the Mens Coaching staff of Paul Moore and
Ronnie Green, For the women's we have sponsored Eleanor Thomas and Jade Scott whilst for 2025 a match day
presence at the ground will be made via a new advertising board.
To support the work of the trust, memberships will be available for supporters and businesses to join and
demonstrate their support in our aspirations to ensure the Club’s Supporters play a key role in the
community.
The trust remains keen to work alongside the management of CPD y Rhyl 1879 and the Rhyl Fans Association to
support the continuation of football at the highest possible level in the town.
